Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original unworn condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate innerwear can only be returned if there is a clear manufacturing defect. Final sale items (end-of-season clearance) are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via the Contact Us page mentioning your order number and reason for return. We will provide shipping instructions and process your refund within 5-7 business days of inspection.

Refund Policy

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived defective.
